Associate Quality Engineer Job Description **Associate Quality Engineer, Miaoli, Taiwan** **What is the job about?** The Associate Quality Engineer is responsible to monitor, control and continuously improve the quality of Production, Supplier management and Quality system to meet the requirements of Group standards and customers. You will directly report to QEHS Manager. **Your main responsibilities** + Make a risk assessment for every task. + Work together with relevant teams and departments to improve quality of products and material from supplier side + Close cooperation with related function for problem solving in both root cause analysis and corrective actions + Handle customer complaints and related customer requirement timely and effectively to improve customer satisfaction + Use data collection and statistical process control as an active means to avoid producing faulty parts or recurring failures. + Maintain and develop Key Performance Indicators, identify Top Issues and drive process improvements + Ability of implementation of the project such as SCC, GPS (Grundfos Production System), CC (Critical Characteristics, MSA (Measurement System Analysis. which carried out in plant to ensure the target. + To be responsible for assigned new project or NPI quality managements.
