Your Role:
The Associate Quality Control Scheduling Coordinator at MilliporeSigma’s Milwaukee site will perform assignments within the department’s established procedures and practices guidelines. Responsibilities include the following:
Manage QC sample workflow by creating and maintaining the flow of samples and related documents throughout the QC process, including acceptance, paperwork generation (SAP and other systems), and routingCoordinate sample handling; acknowledge, order, store, and route QC samples; assign Inspection Plan testing to incoming lotsProcess data and external testing by managing analytical data packets through tracking systems and overseeing external QC vendor testing, including documentation and shippingEstablish and manage priorities within the QC workflowProvide Comprehensive QC Support by responding to internal and external requests promptly and accurately via various communication channelsFacilitate Communication and Coordination, liaise with the Clearing team to align priorities and actively participate in the QC scheduling email groupTrain new hires on relevant operations and contribute to the document management system by creating and updating SOPsUtilize SAP for relevant transactions and foster positive working relationships with colleagues and customersHandle ad-hoc tasks as directed by the supervisorPrioritize and execute responsibilities to meet individual, department, and site objectives and management expectationsComplete all required procedure, policy, and safety trainings, and perform job functions in a safe mannerParticipate actively in department meetings and act in accordance with MilliporeSigma's core values and Code of Conduct
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in life science (chemistry, biology, etc.) or Business (marketing, finance, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of safe chemical handling practicesOrganization and time management skills Database software management skills Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Word etc. Basic understanding of Data Integrity
