International's Huntsville Powertrain Plant is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to join our growing team at this facility!

The QC Inspection Manager reports to the Plant Quality Manager and manages day to day department resources and coordinates the management of quality deviations, quality system, quality related performance elements, and collaborates with other TRATON sites on all quality related elements.

Responsibilities Manage/Ensure Quality resource deployment and requirements.Drive problem solving activities across all lines and products.Develop, manage and communicate relevant information and reports to management.Drive customer feedback and CAR response.Engage with TRATON facilities on assembly and machining subjects. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 6 years of quality inspection experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 4 years of quality inspection experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience

OR

At least 8 years of quality inspection experienceAt least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
