**POSITION SUMMARY**
As Associate Quality Manager, you're joining our factory team at a management level and will be immersed in a highly technical, high-quality production environment. You’ll play a key role in achieving our standards of continuous excellence, which means you’ll help maintain quality and safety programs, validate regulations, and provide support for various projects. + Promote and support employee safety through leadership by example, including Behavior Based Safety program.
+ Implement, support, maintain, audit, and optimize Nestlé Quality Management System (QMS), Food Safety Management System (FSMS), Food Safety and Quality Programs, Pre-Requisite Programs, Internal Control Program, and all Compliance & Regulatory Programs.
+ Lead continuous improvement in quality initiatives, audits, training, consumer analysis, compliance, and corrective actions.
+ Verify that all materials and finished goods meet food safety and quality standards prior to use and shipment, maintain a robust traceability program, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues efficiently.
+ Provide support to QA Team Leaders in the supervision of QA Lab staff and assist with department training, coaching, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
+ Ensure QA laboratories operate correctly and comply with Biosafety and Biosecurity guidelines from the BSO or corporate Biosafety Officer.
+ Work closely with multiple groups in corporate headquarters to implement new programs, new products, and review factory quality program.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or related scientific discipline
+ 3+ years of experience in a quality assurance or production role in a food/beverage manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
+ 1+ years of supervisory experience
+ HAACP, Food Safety, Auditing, Laboratory, and Pest Management experience preferred
+ Must be open to relocation to one or more of our 20+ production facilities across the U.S.
The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $108,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
