Salary: Starting at $20,000/month ($240,00/year) for full time
Plus monthly bonus plan based on center gross profit. 2024 average bonus for
Associate Prosthodontists was $36,000 (total for year).
ClearChoice prosthodontists earn up to 2X to 3X more than their private practice counterparts.

You’ll Achieve Success by: 
 Performing all phases of prosthetic dentistry and related dental implant services to the appropriate standards as set forth by the practice.
 Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff and promote the success of the center.

 Be willing to learn and grow in to a leadership role in the center.
 Possess a patient-centered mindset and approach to treatment planning and day to day center operations.
 Expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development 
 Working collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide
exceptional patient care 
 
Qualifications: 
 Professional Degree: DDS/DMD
 Certificate in Prosthodontics from an American Dental Association accredited
program.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
with patients of all ages and backgrounds
