Associate Property Manager

The Associate Property Manager assists a team of property manager(s). This role includes support of operational procedures, including property management and the engineering team while gaining exposure to financials, reporting, operations, and the management of the assets. This role will be key to ensuring all aspects of the client’s property are managed effectively and efficiently. This position is located at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital- Nashville, TN. Responsibilities Prepares new tenant welcome and orientation packets, tenant communications in collaboration with property manager, and follow up with tenant requests and satisfaction. Submits invoices and prepares letter preparation for outgoing recoveries and reconciliations. Establish and maintain customer relations with ministry administration and Medxcel departments and ensure superior customer service. Support property management, client relationship services, and other related activities for assigned service area. Prepares reports and presentations for Leadership meetings, client meetings or other data sharing activities. Manages reporting and information request process to ensure timely submission from other departments. Manages relationships with real estate service providers, vendors, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants. Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assist in maintaining accurate data within the system of record. Ensure tenant and vendor contact information is accurate and complete within various databases. Perform other related duties as assigned by leader. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED- required. Bachelor's degree-preferred. License/Certification: Valid drivers’ license-required. Real estate license and/or industry certification-preferred. Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience in real estate industry-required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Demonstrated understanding of real estate terms. Demonstrated ability to complete tasks, follow up on assigned tasks and report on progress of work. Critical thinking skills: Ability to gather, synthesize, analyze information to objectively draw conclusions, make reasonable decisions and provide solutions and communicate the situation clearly and concisely. Decisive judgment: Ability to assess situations or circumstances and draw sound and objective conclusions. Ability to drive for results and take responsibility for action. Ability and desire to learn technical components, applicable regulations, and internal procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations. Ability to deal effectively with diverse roles, backgrounds, and expectations. Demonstrated ability to accomplish duties with supervision. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive client relationships. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. #MFMCNRE
