Your role:

As a Project Manager within the Operational Excellence department, you will be part of the central Operational Excellence team and play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Reducing lead times by facilitating value stream mapping sessions and leading related improvement projects.Leading our Lean Waste reduction program and supporting the development of a continuous improvement culture on site.

 

Your profile:

You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field such as pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, industrial or mechanical engineering.You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.Knowledge of Lean, Agile methodologies, and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI) is an asset.Project management experience and Lean Six Sigma Belt certification are considered strong advantages.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and EnglishStrong change management capabilitiesNatural leadership and team collaboration, as well as solid organizational and time management skillsHigh level of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset
