Job Description:

An Associate Project Manager will serve to be the primary internal process monitor for the Client Services (CS) department.  The Associate Project Manager will assist the Project Manager (PM) in tracking and expediting the processes performed by other Epiq departments on the projects in the PM’s project queue.  The Associate Project Manager’s duties will include serving as the primary keeper of project reporting on client projects, creating job instructions in the form of statements of work and interacting with other departments within Epiq to ensure projects are being efficiently executed.

This position is contingent on securing new client contracts.

Principal Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on the progress of client projects through the multiple departments at EpiqDraft processing statements of work to be used by other departments in executing their portions of a projectObtain, examine and prepare client data for processingInterpret client needs and PM instructions in order to accurately and efficiently pass them on to other operational groupsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving any client issues with delivered or hosted data

High technical aptitude with database programs, text editors and review platformsHighly organized and able to monitor and effectively record progress of multiple processesAvailability to work extended hours as needed when client project loads increasePossess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks with excellent follow through, professional communication, and attention to detailProven ability to work well in a team based environment

 

Education & Certifications:

High school diploma/GEDExperience in an e-discovery environment; hosting services are a significant plusIndustry qualifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Certified Administrator Analytics Expert is a plus

 

Work Conditions :

Available to work on-call periodically through the week and occasional weekendsSitting for extended periods of time

The Compensation range for this role is 70,000 to 80,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
