This Position reports to:

LVS Project Management Team lead

 

In this role, you will be responsible to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity and ensures that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards, contract specifications, quality standards, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, cost/profitability targets, and scheduling targets. Includes Project Man-agers assigned to small projects in the service business.

The work model for this role is onsite. This role is contributing to Electrification Business Area based in 10th of Ramadan Cairo Egypt.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Leading the project team allocated to the projectMotivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and mile-stonesProviding performance feedback for the resources allocated to projectsEnsuring compliance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures, relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and contractual requirementsEnsuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policiesMonitoring and controlling project progress effectively and efficient resource utilizationMonitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flowIdentifying, qualifying quantifying, manages project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursuedCapturing, analyzing, and sharing lessons learned throughout the projectDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contractEnsuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreementsCoordinating with Supply Chain Management and successfully procuring required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliersSupporting Procurement and Logistics in supplier negotiations, claims, and project changesActing as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issuesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholdersDefining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively to avoid possible future schedule deviations with On Time Delivery (OTD) impactIdentifying and planning all document deliverables required by the contractual scope of work and incorporating this plan into the overall project plan/schedule

Qualifications for the role:

You possess Bachelor Degree in Electrical EngineeringYou have 2 years of experience in project managementYou have excellent communication and presentation skills You are at ease communication in English, Arabic is a plus
