Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
Assist in developing detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional project activities including procurement, production, quality, and logistics.
Monitor project progress and update project documentation and status reports regularly.
Identify project risks and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation efforts proactively.
Facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Support vendor management and procurement processes related to project needs.
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent engineering degree.
5 to 10 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
