Purpose of Role: As an Associate Project Manager at Weir Minerals, you will independently manage a portfolio of mid-level projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, and financials. This role is key to driving customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage mid-complexity projects from contract award to customer acceptance, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams to meet project goals.

Manage project documentation, risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and financial tracking.

Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and enhancing project management tools and processes.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a B2B engineered-product environment

Experience with international capital equipment projects and cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills in English and Spanish; French is a plus

Familiarity with PMI/APM/PRINCE2 standards and tools like SAP and Microsoft Project
