The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Management Specialist to support the Manufacturing Portfolio in Heath, Ohio.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with and assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing project needs, track and report progress
Supports the Project Manager in customer relationships building and stakeholder engagement
Assists in managing project documentation including creating and maintaining charts, reports, etc
Participates in maintaining, analyzing, and producing metrics related to plans
Follows up on roadblocks, problem areas, and bottlenecks impacting project areas, facilitates effective communication among stakeholders
Seeks feedback from team members to help come up with possible solutions, improvements, or roadblock removals, evaluate impacts of proposed solutions, implement solutions
Drives completion of project tasks and project assignments with minimal oversight
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience in program or project management
Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work both in a professional office environment and a manufacturing area
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to convey complex information clearly to audiences and cross functional teams
Professional, strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, with ability to identify issues and help coordinate/implement path forward with team
Work Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
