Will support New Products Introduction (NPI) and Process transfer activities in a regulated manufacturing environment. Will be responsible to generate and execute validation protocols and coordinate work with corresponding functional areas for new or replaced equipment, or process changes.** **What You’ll Do** **• Generate and execute validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, TQF, Process Characterization and Process Validation based on equipment capabilities.** **• Executes cost improvement, product/process, and technology transfer projects.** **• Conduct process equipment installation/operational/performance qualification studies to test their functionality.** **• Support operational qualification assessments that will validate critical operating parameters are within qualified parameters** **• Support New Products Introduction (NPI) and Process transfer activities in a regulated manufacturing environment** **• Other duties as assigned** **Required Qualifications** **Bachelor's degree in engineering.** **0-2 years of exposure in Process Validation and Development within the Medical Device Industry or Pharmaceutical Industries.** **Have background/knowledge in applications and software such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SolidWorks.** **Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.** **Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.** **Knowledge in the application and principles of Manufacturing/Process Engineering.** **Knowledge in Project Management.** **Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work successfully in cross functional teams.** **Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.** **Demonstrated ability to work in a results-oriented, challenging environment.** **Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/)** **Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
