**Job Summary**
Assists project management team with the needs of project related documentation support associated with both Custom Switchgear and Advanced Electrical Services (AES) product lines.
**What You Will Do**
+ Collaborates closely with various stakeholders including the project management team, engineering department, and production teams to develop and compile comprehensive project documentation such as submittal packages, operation and maintenance manuals, installation guides, etc.
+ Owns and maintains processes and procedures related to all project documentation requirements
+ Monitors progress against program schedules and goals, identifying and implementing solutions to address project challenges
**What You Have**
+ **Business Acumen** : Basic understanding and knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
+ **Process Management** : Basic understanding and knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.

+ **Problem Solving** : Basic understanding and knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
**Additional Information**
+ This position is located in Alpharetta, GA and requires you to work a 5-day-a-week schedule on-site
+ This role does not offer relocation
+ Less than 10% travel expected with this role

**Summary Pay Range:**
$71,040.00 - $106,440.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
