We’re looking for an outstanding Associate Program Manager to lead a wide range of impactful projects—from cost improvement to innovation initiatives—that span departments, brands, and regions. Your goal will be to ensure on-time delivery, budget alignment, and successful implementation through structured programme management.
Here’s a Sample of What You’ll Get Up To:
Lead and manage cross-functional projects using structured programme management tools
Define project scope and goals, securing stakeholder buy-in
Develop schedules, assign responsibilities, and track milestones
Ensure project visibility and progress through effective communication and documentation
Manage Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and budget forecasting
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align deliverables and launch objectives
Anticipate and mitigate project risks; escalate when necessary
Foster teamwork, innovation, and accountability across virtual and in-person teams
**Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?**
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in project/programme management and a strategic mindset. You’ll need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams in a collaborative environment.
Here’s What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree
Significant experience in project/programme management or related business functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and programme management software
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
PMP certification preferred
Experience in the CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry welcomed
Strategic thinking, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive attitude
