Overview The full time Associate Program Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day program management support of our Toyota Client accounts. This includes managing ongoing program needs such as creative, reporting and communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors who oversee related aspects of the Client relationship. This position is hybrid and will require the employee to work from the office as needed. Responsibilities Manage the advertising activities which includes overseeing creative and production, multiple media channels, and quality assurance Collaborate with Field team to support various aspects of dealer support, including campaign set-up, execution and QA. Collaborate with Account leads for upcoming client meetings including preparation of meeting materials and market insights Assist in analyzing data to uncover insights, track performance, and inform campaign optimizations Participate in agency partner meetings and projects Communicate & collaborate with cross-functional teams including field, creative, media, data, and production Acts as a day-to-day resource for both field team and internal teams on program management Other duties as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience is a must Automotive background is a plus, but not required Prior experience in digital advertising and programming is a plus but not required. This position will be required to build solid relations and work effectively with people in other departments to achieve optimal results. Capacity to learn, grow, and improve on feedback as necessary Excellent organization and time management to prioritize workload and multi-task Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to apply critical thinking and problem solve Attention to detail Candidates and employees that succeed are team players first and foremost, as well as confident, willing to learn and listen, and possess the ability to manage multiple and sometimes complex projects at once.
