Success in this role will be measured by:
Maintaining 100% compliance with compensation and benefits regulations across supported regions.Achieving a 95% accuracy rate in data reporting and program documentation.Supporting timely completion of compensation surveys and benchmarking within quarterly deadlines.Delivering employee and manager support with a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher in internal feedback surveys.What you bring to the roleA four-year college degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in HR Services Operations preferred focus in compensation & benefits administration.Ability to explain policies and practices clearly and professionally.Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and standard procedures.Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
