Responsibilities
Partner with PSS to cover a large territory more fullyDrive visibility in assigned territory to include but not limited to cold calling, customer canvasing, collaboration with all sales functionsDrive orders funnel creationSupport the PSS in assigned geography (AZ and CO) on sales activities and campaigns to drive order funnelAccountable for owning an accurate orders forecast in assigned geographyDevelop customer relationships ensuring strong partnership and understanding of customer’s needsDeliver the annual orders operating planWill broaden knowledge of own sales territory, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policy/strategy. Still acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require commercial knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 1-2 years of experience (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in salesAbility to travel up to 30% and live within the territory (AZ and CO)Desired Characteristics

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Medical device experience, capital equipment, software or ITFor U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $47,608.00-$71,412.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
