Associate Product Manager - Packaged Investment Products

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the daily operations and strategic oversight of its Packaged Investment Products suite, tailored for brokerage clients. This suite includes Unit Investment Trusts (UITs), Exchange-Traded Products (ETPs), Mutual Funds, 529 Plans, and Closed-End Funds (CEFs).


In this role, you will:

Work with all channels within Wells Fargo AdvisorsManage new product onboarding and approvals for the platformManage operational procedures and collaboration with Operations Team on product set upWork with product vendors to solve issues and enhance FA and client experienceSupport and maintain sales force product knowledge, assisting with trading systems, and resolution managementCompile and manage sales data for channel specific and firm wide sales reporting in addition to customized reports for senior managementDeveloping and/or enhancing risk management tools consistent with firm principles and policiesCollaborating with partners including Financial Advisors, Business Development Group, and Compliance teams on educational and marketing initiativesAssisting with training protocols and channel communications regarding educational initiativesEnsuring policies and procedures adhere to compliance and regulatory standardsCollaborate and consult with project teams, internal partners and stakeholders, including vendors and third parties


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of Product Management experience, marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Financial services industry experience, Brokerage industry experience is idealDemonstrated knowledge of Packaged Investment ProductsFINRA registration including Series 7 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)FINRA registration including Series 63 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)Demonstrated professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong technical and analytical capabilitiesKnowledge of complex productsAttention to detail and well organizedProficient in all Microsoft Office programsAbility to work with internal partners to achieve resultsExperience working in a team environment
