Job Title: Associate Product Manager - PA Summary:The Associate Product Manager will be responsible for one or more Sub-Segments and Sub-Regions within the Pacific. The goal is to understand, support and promote the implementation of the BU strategy through the rapid development of knowledge in the areas of the Performance Additives product portfolio (with focus on the identified Sub-Segments and Sub-Regions), production facilities, value streams and to cooperate with the Regional Segment teams, the Technology teams, and other support functions (e.g. Quality, Finance, SIOP...). Responsibilities Include: Profitability management + Define and Execute regional price walk-lines together with Senior Product Manager and facilitate those guidelines to the Commercial Teams + Understand and manage price exceptions + Execute tactical pricing in line with defined walk-lines and as per profitability analysis/targets + Understand the Segments Value Chain with focus on Jasmin plant and its connection to the Global Value streams Product Portfolio management + Understand the principles of the PA Service Strategy (PASS) as well as Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and facilitate the Rationalization and Introduction of SKUs in the Region + Annual cost analysis and approval by SKU in the Region Asset Utilization + Support and Execute Product Allocation to orders based on input from Senior Product Manager + Manage and optimize MTO/MTS together with the Regional Segment Leaders/Senior PMs aligned to PASS + Support Meeting of Inventory targets within Region through SMI/OOS/Expiring outflow push with Regional Segments Qualifications: The following are required for the role + Chemical/Technical Knowledge + 3-5 years’ experience in Silicone Industry + Fluent English required + Good Transactional knowledge with SAP R3 related to Manufacturing, SIOP or costing/pricing + Good Project management and Presentation skills + Able to work in cross-functional teams + Demonstrated strong capability to analyze data and make data based business decisions + Team-player who enjoys working in an international environment with demonstrated team participation skills as well as the ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and attention to detail + Agility in fast-paced environment and ability to complete assignments according to deadlines. + Proficient PC skills to include Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint + Strong analytical skills using excel spread sheets (v-lookup, Pivot creation…) What We Offer: At Momentive, we value your well-being and offer competitive total rewards and development programs.
