Objective: Early-phase, current-state process analysis to support decision-making for a lab information system platform

Not a traditional Product Manager role - looking for someone with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills--more like a business analyst.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Able to illustrate and document processes (using tools like Miro).

Comfortable presenting to managers/directors (not C-suite).

Domain knowledge in labs or healthcare is a major plus.

More aligned to an associate product manager or Senior Business Analyst

Not responsible for writing user stories - this is pre-discovery, high-level analysis work.

Team & Environment

Will work closely with a seasoned product manager.

Reporting and collaboration primarily with managers/directors.

Friendly, low-ego team environment.

Tools: Miro, Microsoft Office.

Logistics

Duration: Through end of year (EOY).

Location: Madison area preferred
