The Associate Product Manager, will be based in Hong Kong and will be part of a high-performing team to drive strong results for the vaccines business while making significant impact for customers. Our Marketing team is passionate about bringing our medicines and vaccines to our customers around the world. Through digital listening and patient analytics, we are able to understand our customers’ needs and strive to provide solutions to meet them.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & prepare promotional materials for the sales team and other stakeholders to effectively promote our products to customers across multiple channels.Plan, coordinate, and manage the company's presence at promotional events in Hong Kong and Macau, including preparing presentation slides for speakers and setting up and manning exhibit booths at local medical society meetings, etc.Liaise with external vendors, including advertising agencies, printing, and souvenir suppliers, to ensure seamless support for promotional programs.Lead marketing projects, collaborating closely with the sales force to implement initiatives, monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and provide recommendations for future improvement. Monitor and manage the allocation of budget and resources across various promotional activities, prioritizing initiatives to maximize impact within resource constraints. Proactively identify and assess new promotional opportunities, evaluating their feasibility and potential impact.  Participate in regular meetings with the sales team to gather field feedback from healthcare professionals on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals to educate, and secure support for our products.Prepare monthly sales performance reports, analyze market data, and provide actionable insights to identify growth opportunities.Deliver product training to the sales force, clearly communicating marketing objectives and strategies to ensure alignment.Monitor competitor activities and market trends, keeping the sales team informed of competitive developments and recommended counter-strategies.Develop & communicate marketing strategies to the sales force to support achievement of sales objectives.Coordinate ad hoc projects including new product launch planning.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications Required for the Role  

Your qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from Pharmacy, Life Science, Healthcare, Science or related disciplines2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical industrySensitive to market trend / practice of pharmaceutical industryExcellent command of spoken and written EnglishProficient in Outlook and MS-office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
