Associate Product Manager, Self-Service

As an Associate Product Manager – Self Service, you’ll shape how we report campaign and audience performance to both advertisers and internal teams. You’ll dive into clean room data, deliver actionable insights, and create self-service dashboards that fuel smarter decisions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of self-service advertising at Best Buy Ads. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What you’ll do
 Collaborate with enterprise cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and execute product features and enhancements aligned with Best Buy Ads business goals.Own the discovery, planning of new API platform integrations to expand the capabilities of the My Ads ecosystem and support evolving advertiser needs.Design and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into product health, advertiser engagement, and operational KPIs, enabling data-driven decisions across product, sales, and support teams.Drive high-value features that contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap for self-service advertising at Best Buy Ads. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
Basic qualifications
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, digital media, analytics, or related fieldsUnderstanding of media metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, ROAS) and digital ad platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented and motivated to work through ambiguityProduct thinking with a strong sense of ownershipBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
 Backend experience, working with external API integrationsExperience with enterprise Billing and Finance systemsFamiliarity with RMNs, digital advertising workflows, or media measurementExperience writing product requirements and working with JIRA, Confluence, and SlackExposure to cloud data tools (GCP, BigQuery)Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams
