Bath & Body Works is seeking an Associate Product Developer to support the Product and Fragrance Development team.
ResponsibilitiesProduct & Fragrance DevelopmentAssist and support set-up for evaluation meetings and presentationsProvide sampling support for consumer testingPartner with manager on the development of product and fragrances; help brainstorm new ideasLearn fundamentals of product and fragrance developmentLead the execution and processing of systems workflowSupport brief processDistribute samples to team and brand for evaluationTrack base & fragrance submissions; participate with team in submission evaluationOwnership over low complexity programs including timeline management and execution with vendorsOwns communication on programs with fragrance houses and contract manufacturersLead, organize and maintain the product closets and librariesResponsible for following up with vendorsJoin teams to support on-site development (i.e contract fillers, fragrance houses)Research market trends for fragrance and pattern for innovative formsCategory & Market Expertise (Including: Internal, External, Libraries, Other)
