Associate Producer

The Associate Marketing Producer plays an essential role at the intersection of production and creative. By fostering close relationships with our creative team and external vendors, you will guide the production of assets from creation to deployment. 

Responsibilities

Maintain the tools we use daily and track all asset approvals

Support Senior and/or Lead Producer in daily production tasks

Assist in motion capture preparation

Track project feedback and distribute to stakeholders

Source in-game assets for vendors, working with game producers to understand asset availability

Initiate music licensing and composition requests with our music group and confirm usage, timeline, and artist credits

Send assets to the Legal team and ESRB for review.

Create a positive relationship with cross-functional teams and external vendors

You will report to the franchise Senior and/or Lead Producer

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in production (games, animation, VFX, or similar)

You have experience working with developers and external vendors

Marketing/Agency experience strongly preferred

You are familiar with pipeline/tracking tools such as Flow (ShotGrid), AirTable, and/or Google Suite

You are obsessed with organization

Bonus: mocap experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$66,100 - $90,400 CAD

 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
