Founded in Paris in 1926, we are present in more than 100 countries as leaders in marketing, communication, and digital business transformation. **Overview** 企業の広告プロモーションにおける動画関連の制作プロデュース業務全般。 社内外の適切な制作パートナーの選定、制作スケジュールの策定と進行管理、納品物のクオリティ管理、適切なコスト管理を担務します。　クリエイティブおよびアカウントチームと連携して、クライアントのビジョンを実現します。 **Responsibilities** ・Web動画、SNS用動画、動画配信、イベント映像、交通広告、屋外広告、TVCMなど、企業の広告プロモーションにおける動画制作のプロデュース業務全般。 ・動画制作において、企画実現のためのプロジェクト全体統括、制作進行、納品物のクオリティ管理、スケジュール管理、コスト管理。 ・各プロジェクトに適した社内外のクリエイターや制作会社の選定、提案。 ・外部制作会社との折衝、交渉、受発注業務およびそれに伴う契約書類の管理。 ・キャスティング、タレント事務所との折衝、交渉。 ・音楽制作、使用にあたっての折衝、交渉。 ・権利関係のリスクマネジメント。 **Qualifications** ・広告代理店、制作会社での動画関連制作プロデュース業務の経験 ３年以上が望ましい。 ・動画制作における専門知識、技術的側面に関する理解。 ・各種媒体の動画仕様に関する知識と経験。 ・動画編集または撮影の経験があると望ましい。 ・Word、Excel、PowerPointでの資料制作。 ・Adobe Illustrator, Photoshopの基礎スキル。 ・日本語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル。 ・英語：ネイティブまたはビジネスレベル。 **Additional information** ・物事を公正に判断し、他者との円滑なコミュニケーションと的確な指示ができる。 ・リスクを考慮した上で行動し、問題に対して解決策を提示できる。 ・協調性があり、チームワークを重視できる。 ・マルチタスクをこなすことができ、社内外の複数の関係者と円滑に調整、連携をすることができる。 ・常に品質向上やスキル向上を意識し、誠実かつ責任感を持って担当業務を最後まで確実に遂行できる \#LI-Hybrid
