Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Procurement Agent to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Position Responsibilities:

Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting contracts and agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

More than 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and WordMore than 3 years of experience working both independently and in team environmentsMore than 3 years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier managementMore than 3 years of experience negotiating contractual terms and conditionsMore than 1 year of experience interfacing with cross functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherMore than 1 year of experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlinesMore than 1 year of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposalsExcellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer serviceMore than 1 year of experience working with FAR/DFARS requirements

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. (Note: Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.)

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $56,100 - $69,300
