As an Associate Plant Accountant, you will be part of the finance department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Previous experience in the manufacturing sector much preferred.What's in it for me?
