Join our exceptional team today and help shape the future of energy! **Position Specific Description** This position will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of large-scale universal solar and/or battery facilities within the state of Florida. This role will be based in Altha, FL and support the Florida Panhandle Region. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as the site safety manager ensuring all personnel and equipment onsite are safe and that the site/s comply with environmental regulations and required regulatory permits. + Spend significant time in the field (outside), conducting routine preventive maintenance activities on solar panels, battery storage systems, and associated equipment. + Troubleshoot and undertake corrective maintenance to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring maximum system uptime and efficiency.. + Adhere to maintenance schedules and follow established procedures for inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and component replacements. + Utilize monitoring software and tools to regularly monitor and analyze system performance, identifying deviations and inefficiencies. + Generate performance reports and maintain accurate records of system performance, including energy production, equipment status, and maintenance activities. + Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other stakeholders regarding work progress, challenges, and recommendations. + troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of solar facilities. + Be on-call and responsible for Panhandle FL Region sites, coordinating with the Renewables Operation Control Center, OEMs, vendors, and contractors as required. Working weekends and nights outages is required at times.
