Aon is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst for our implementation team within pension administration. The team works closely with internal teams to implement and support solutions for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pension administration colleague to focus on calculation results.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal office.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.

What the day will look like
The Quality Assurance Analyst works closely with internal teams:
+ Reviews the project requirements to ensure completeness of requirements from a testing perspective
+ Creates a list of scenarios based on the plan's provisions
+ Creates Excel spreadsheets to determine expected results based on the plan's provisions
+ Analyzes the differences between the system results and expected results and document them
+ Validates documents produced by the system according to pre-established conditions
+ Monitors any change in requirements, analyze, and translate the changes into test documentation
+ Coordinates day-to-day work per priorities

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ The Quality Assurance Analyst has a keen eye for detail
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
+ Pension work experience
+ Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
+ Investigate and fix system errors and issues
+ Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation
+ Keen attention to detail
+ French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
