Job Description
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for international countries, including, but not limited to, providing variable data to the payroll vendor and performing initial analysis on payroll reports and statutory components to ensure the payroll process is aligned with the initial timeline.Ensure the timeliness of monthly statutory payments and filings (income tax and social security) for assigned countries.Manage inquiries relating to payroll matters from stakeholders and provide advice as required.Ensure proper documentation, system security, and confidentiality of payroll records.Own and drive payroll process improvement initiatives for the respective assigned countries.Build a positive relationship with internal stakeholders (e.g., Accounting, Consolidation, Tax, Procurement Team) and provide regular reports to support the business unit in a timely manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years proven experience in handling International Payroll for countries in Southeast Asia (outside Indonesia).Understanding of International Payroll regulations, employment and tax laws, particularly for countries in Southeast Asia (outside Indonesia).Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data handling and analysis.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English required.Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
