Role Summary
We are expanding our partnerships team to support growing strategic opportunities—particularly within the AWS BOX program, which offers significant funding potential. This role will focus on supporting regional partner activities, with a strong emphasis on the Vietnam market and AWS-related initiatives, and to ensure we can effectively leverage external opportunities and meet partnership delivery commitments, while building a more sustainable long-term structure for partner engagement across the APAC region. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the cloud partnerships and strategic partner ecosystem at a pivotal stage of growth.
Key Activities
A. Partnership
1. Overseeing Partnership Implementation
Support the delivery of existing partnership agreements, with a focus on execution, follow-up, and troubleshooting Ensure all parties meet their commitments — especially on AWS BOX and Vietnam-based initiatives Coordinate internally to keep projects and obligations on track2. Relationship Management
Serve as a day-to-day contact for selected partners, especially those in Vietnam and AWS-related programs Build and maintain strong working relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness3. Negotiating Agreements
Assist in preparing documentation and coordination for partner agreements Help ensure agreements reflect mutual responsibilities, especially for new AWS and Vietnam-based partnerships4. Identifying & Building Partnerships
Assist the Head of Partnership in researching and identifying new partnership opportunities that align with strategic priorities Prepare background briefs and help evaluate strategic fit Contribute to the ongoing growth of our partner ecosystem across strategic and cloud partnerships
B. Performance
1. Project Coordination
Manage timelines, action items, and communication for partnership-related projects across the region Help facilitate meetings, take notes, and track deliverables with internal and external stakeholders2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis
Track key metrics (KPIs), generate reports, and provide insights on AWS and other partner performance to guide decision-making and partnership strategy Identify trends, flag risks, and help suggest improvements based on data Use project tracking tools and CRM systems to maintain visibility and accountability
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field Up to 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or account management Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable working with MS Office, CRM tools, and project tracking systems Interest in cloud technology (AWS) is a plus Experience with partner portals (e.g., AWS Partner Central, Google Partner Advantage Portal, etc.), deal registration, or cloud partner programs is a plus Experience with Partner programs and operations (e.g. MAP, BOX, ECIF, APM, PSF, etc) is a plus Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and high attention to detail Adaptable, resourceful, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment Interest in cloud technology (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem preferred
