**Introduction** We are currently seeking to appoint a new Associate Partner SAP Spain to take a leading role in shaping and growing the SAP practice. For this strategically important position, we are seeking a seasoned professional with strong business acumen, ideally with prior experience in a multi-national technology organisation. As an Associate Partner SAP, you will lead, inspire, and reinforce IBM Consulting as the partner of choice for SAP solutions. **Your role and responsibilities** JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the growth agenda of large international accounts with focus on defining and executing account strategy, sales and delivery of consulting and application services, as well as enhancing and owning client relationships on all levels. * Establish and take an essential role in the dialog of effective customer partnerships through senior executive contacts/networking. * Maintain alignment with client’s business strategy, drivers, and goals. * Ensure that the solutioning of client engagement enhances the customer’s competitiveadvantage, whilst meeting profit and quality targets for IBM * Supporting the continuous refinement of IBM’s services, including internal and external marketing, maturation/training of methods, tools, and points of view, as well as integration with IBM’s other services and products for synergistic value. Harvest, share and present intellectual capital from past and parallel engagements. **Required technical and professional expertise** * * EXPERIENCE * * * End-to-end sales and delivery responsibility for large SAP transformation projects * * Lead the client pursuit process within large accounts on C-level, assisting with all aspects of opportunity assessment, articulation of value proposition development and solutioning. * * Establish and take an essential role in the dialog of effective customer partnerships through senior executive contacts/networking. * * Extensive Knowledge S4 - SAP RISE * * Knowledge of new information technologies (AI, Data) * * Proven experience in business development and delivery * * Experience in ideation and governance of big deals * * Experience in negotiation techniques * * Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. * * Motivated by success and working in a team of fellow high performers. * * **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
