We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Partner to join our Cloud and Technology Advisory practice. This senior role is integral to driving market growth, innovating solutions, and leading complex, end-to-end cloud transformations. **Your role and responsibilities** The Associate Partner, Cloud and Technology Advisory, is responsible for leading the strategic advisory, solution development, sales, and execution of hybrid and multi-cloud initiatives. The candidate will utilize their deep expertise in cloud migration, modernization, and microservices development to enable clients' digital transformation, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives. Responsibilities: · Identify, qualify, and drive strategic hybrid and multi-cloud opportunities encompassing advisory, migration, modernization, and microservices development. · Lead the development and execution of comprehensive cloud strategies tailored to client business goals. · Maintain deep expertise in industry-leading IaaS and PaaS platforms, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google, Red Hat OpenShift, and IBM Cloud. · Oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud transformation engagements, ensuring projects align with IBM's high standards and client expectations. · Provide executive-level leadership on engagements, managing risk, resolving critical situations, and ensuring delivery excellence. · Build trusted relationships with client executives, clearly articulating the value proposition of IBM’s solutions. · Drive business growth by generating annual revenues typically between $8M and $10M USD. · Foster collaboration across IBM's business units and strategic partners to optimize outcomes for clients. · Define and implement capacity planning, recruitment, and capability-building strategies within the practice. · Contribute thought leadership, influencing industry perspectives, and developing innovative solutions and methodologies. Key Qualifications: · Proven expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategy, migration, and modernization. · Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions. · Demonstrated success in selling and delivering cloud consulting services with measurable outcomes. · Extensive experience building and maintaining executive client relationships. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong project and financial management capabilities. · Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex engagements. **Required technical and professional expertise** Experience Requirements: · 8-10 years of professional consulting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory or practice management role. · Extensive experience in delivering end-to-end cloud application transformations. · Expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. · Working with multiple hyperscalers · Demonstrated ability to manage globally integrated delivery models, including onsite, nearshore, and offshore resources. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Key Qualifications: · Proven expertise in multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategy, migration, and modernization. · Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native solutions. · Demonstrated success in selling and delivering cloud consulting services with measurable outcomes. · Extensive experience building and maintaining executive client relationships. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Strong project and financial management capabilities. · Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex engagements.
