Associate Partner, Solution Sales Leader

You'll define the strategy and execution plans for these offerings, while continuously innovating leveraging GenAI and automation to stay ahead of the curve. **Your role and responsibilities** As an Oracle Offering Manager, you'll be an expert in a variety of areas, including: * Market and business analysis * Product definition and roadmap development leveraging GenAI and common methods and tooling * Competitive analysis and pricing strategies * Ecosystem and channel partnerships * Industry knowledge tied to technology for Industry differentiation leveraging a large network of SMEs and leaders * Strategic planning and product lifecycle management * Relationship with Oracle and ability to coordinate and communicate on IBM Consulting offering and Oracle technology synergies. You'll manage the entire product lifecycle, from inception through growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages. You'll also define partnership and ecosystem strategies to ensure successful product execution. Collaboration is Key Your success hinges on your ability to maximize internal and external relationships. You'll interface with design, product marketing, ecosystem partners, analysts, engineering, sales, and services teams to deliver a successful product with defined routes to market. As a recognized expert in the field, you'll be a credible voice, influencing functional strategy across the organization.
