A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. What You'll Do:

As an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a team of 28 lawyers and support professionals and play an integral part in handling complex transactions across the full breadth of commercial property law. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

Managing your own caseload of middle to high-end commercial property transactions. Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law including sales, purchases, leases, acquisitions, disposals, banking finance arrangements, and asset management. If working from the office, be available to support colleagues in person; if remote, maintain effective communication through digital channels.

What You Bring:

To excel as an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will bring proven expertise and have the following:

3-7 PQE in commercial property law. Confidence in independently managing a varied caseload involving sales, purchases, leases, acquisitions, disposals, banking finance arrangements, and asset management matters. Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues to ensure clarity throughout all stages of each transaction.
