Position Responsibilities:
Manages Supplier Nonconformance Responsibilities and issues Supplier Corrective ActionsAnalyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions. Recommends corrective actions to address non-conformances.Performs problem-solving through analysis of metrics to improve supplier performance.Provides supplier education and coaching on quality systems, regulatory compliance issues and company initiatives.Reviews supplier audit results and initiates requests for audits when needed.Represents Quality function on team activities to integrate contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.Provides Quality interpretation of requirements.Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support supplier selection activities.Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.Works under general directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.Experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier ManagementExperience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and failure analysisExperience in quality inspection and/or auditingExperience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standardExperience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutionsCurrently possess a valid driver’s licenseExperience reading and understanding engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specificationsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience1+ years of experience working in Quality, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and failure analysis1+ years of experience working with AS9100 and/or similar QMS standardAerospace Industry ExperienceExperience leading key process, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesExperience interfacing and presenting to senior and executive leadershipExperience with regulatory requirementsEducation:
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:
Level 2: $73,100 - $98,900
Level 3: $88,400 – $119,600
