The Associate Operator in Production works in a team with 4 other operators.
This is a 12-hour rotating shift schedule with required overtime, which will include weekends and holidays.

Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the unit and equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample resultsExpected to utilize and comply with the Celanese Work Processes, Standard Work Practices (SWPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Actively participates in equipment maintenance by conducting routine rounds/inspections, troubleshooting, writing notifications, preparing equipment for maintenance and executing the permitting processMust maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence.
