Titrate chemicals as needed + Participate in washing functions during wash times in all areas + Accurately package product, HACCP checks and sampling requirements as needed + Move full pallets using pallet jack + Perform all necessary duties of the packing powder into bags/super sacs + Perform all Quality Controls and Safety duties **We bring** + Base hourly pay from $26.58 per hour + Paid holidays, 16 days of paid time (based on start date) + Full healthcare benefits including medical care, dental care, eye care and life insurance + 401k with generous company match + Safe, inclusive workplace where you feel welcomed **You bring** + High school diploma / GED preferred and prior experience handing chemicals + Minimum 1-3 years packing compounding experience and understanding special formula instructions + Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) + Forklift experience and ability to be on your feet up to 90% of the day + Ability to lift a 35 lb. product hose; frequently move, lift, pull and push up to 50 lbs. + Ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature controls and exposure to outside temperatures Dsm-firmenich is fully dedicated to inclusion because when people feel engaged and empowered, their creativity and innovation drives unprecedented progress.
