Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH in Hamburg is looking for an Associate Operations Project Manager (m/w/d).

Major ResponsibilitiesSupport, coordinate, and manage internal Operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.Focus on Operations processes and systems (e.g., ERP, BI) across the value-added chain.Define project goals, work streams, and processes.Create and complete project management deliverables.Track, control, and report on project tasks, including escalation of risks and delays.Define countermeasures for late deliverables and activities.Prepare management presentations on project status and planning.Ensure achievement of project milestones.Provide project support to Operations management.Act as a counterpart to R&D project managers.Support interface-related tasks in development, design transfer, and supply chain.Promote environmental protection and workplace safety in line with legal obligations.Actively support Abbott’s environmental goals and ensure safe operational practices.Ensure team compliance with workplace safety rules.

RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent training in: Science, Engineering, Business AdministrationInitial experience in project managementHelpful experience in one or more of the following areas: Production and production control/management, Design transfer, Supplier management, Research & Development (R&D), Industry-specific technical expertiseExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and GermanStrong proficiency in spreadsheet tools, especially Microsoft ExcelSolid data analysis capabilities
