About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Associate Operations Processor


In this role, you will:

Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established procedures.Performs a variety of operational tasks for the low to moderately complex processes or functionsTakes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closureTasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers. Uses multiple online systemsDuties may include - receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed, entering transactions RIDS application, verifying with accuracy; resolving complex customer/client requests using multiple resources and recordsPreparing, editing, distributing, and/or correcting specialized and/or complex documents. Works under general supervision following established procedures.Exercises some judgment within guidelines


Required Qualifications:

6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Demonstrates high-level of attention to detail meeting deadlinesWorking knowledge in quality or with back office processing experience or its equivalentCollege graduate, preferably in CommerceStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBasic Microsoft Office skillsAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationTyping (alphabet and 10 key numerical) data entry experience. Minimum Typing Speed & Accuracy: 30 to 35 (WPM/98%)Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsSolid problem solving skills.University degree in Business, Commerce or any other disciplineAlphanumeric data entry experienceExcellent typing skills with accuracy of >=98%Strong analytical skills with eye to detailsStrong communication skills both written and spokenFlexible with working in US operational hours i.e. India night shiftsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
