SUMMARY:
The Associate Operations role is an incredible opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of a Production facility. You will work closely with Team Members to:
Promote a safe working environmentProduce quality products in a timely mannerKey ResponsibilitiesObservation and Learning: Gain insights into ensuring the area operates at maximum capacity while maintaining high quality.Collaboration: Work with Maintenance and other resources to ensure equipment is functioning properly and meets government regulations.First Aid: Learn to perform first aid when the nurse is not present.Support: Assist supervisors and managers as needed, and take on any additional duties that arise.By mastering these responsibilities, you will be well-prepared to take on the role of a supervisor over a specific area as assigned. Understanding the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Production is crucial.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Experience is not required.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Travel: Travel is not required.
