SUMMARY

The Associate Operations role is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of a Production facility. By working closely with Team Members, you will learn how to foster a safe working environment and ensure the production of high-quality products in a timely manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearning and Observing: Gain insights into how to maintain high production capacity while ensuring top-notch quality.Collaboration: Partner with Maintenance and other resources to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and complies with government regulations.First Aid Training: Learn to perform first aid in the absence of the nurse.Support: Assist supervisors and managers as needed and take on additional duties as they arise.

Through observing and learning these responsibilities, you will be well-prepared to take on a supervisory role over a specific area. Additionally, you will develop an understanding of the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Experience is not required.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Travel: Travel is not required.

Position Reports To: General Production Manager

Location: This is an onsite position located at the Albany, KY facility.

Shift: This is a 3rd shift position.
