We are always there and always just a ping away! Your RolePartner with talent advisors, cross functional partners and hiring leaders to execute offer letters and other hiring paperwork for internal and external candidatesSupport the offer generation, approval routing, and coordination of offer related activities for candidates in our electronic document system, DocuSignCollaborate and align with Legal, Global People Services, and other functions to maintain contract templates and ensure accurate version control of contractual documentsExercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actionInitiate background checks while partnering with the Program Manager on escalations and future process evolutionsOwn and juggle multiple priorities and miscellaneous projectsResponsible for data integrity and candidate flow in our applicant tracking system, JobviteDrive and deliver supplemental regional training and enablement in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition Programs team.Communicate professionally, thoughtfully, and with the utmost diplomacy at all times, treating all candidates with dignity and respect
  What You Will Bring2+ years in a recruiting coordination, operations, or HR administrative rolePrevious experience as a recruiting or hiring coordinator – managing offers & contracts at a dynamic and fast paced organization navigating multiple priorities simultaneouslyAcute attention to detail, exceptionally organized and strong time management skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentPreferred experience with Jobvite and DocuSignPassionate about providing an amazing candidate experienceAbility to properly handle sensitive/confidential informationExcellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, and analytical
skills.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills. Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
