**We are searching for the best talent for Associate NPI specialist to be in Leiden.**
**Purpose:**
As an associate NPI specialist, you will apply practical and theoretical knowledge to the introduction and improvement of NPI production processes. You will prepare for NPIs as part of the operational department and provide hands on support on the shop floor during NPI campaigns. You maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
**You will be responsible for:**
+ You’ll embody Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo in your daily interactions, setting a positive example for the team.
+ You support and develop knowledge for NPIs, taking end responsibility for operational readiness for flawless NPI campaigns.
+ You review and update documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions and other related documentation.
+ You will assist in the implementation of NPIs and new technologies in consultation with the Engineers, ensuring smooth integration.
+ You support the development and provision of training and training documentation for new processes and technologies, ensuring all team members are adequately prepared and informed.
+ You provide support within a specific area to operators during the execution of NPIs and new technologies, offering guidance and troubleshooting during disturbance.
+ You assists in communication of updates on the current status and future plans for NPIs and new technologies to the operations team, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
+ You have knowledge of standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure activities adhere to internal and external regulations and procedures.
+ You keep record of process improvements to continually enhance safety, quality, reliability, cost, and scheduling.
+ You enhance a culture of belonging through trusting, diverse, & inclusive relationships.
**Qualifications / Requirements:**
+ A relevant MBO-3 degree with relevant experience.
+ Dutch A2 and English C1 language levels are required.
+ Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, routine proficiency in data analysis, and specialist proficiency in business applications.
+ A positive demeanor, proactivity, decisiveness, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to handle complexity, think creatively to develop solutions.
+ Stress-resilience, maintaining calm under all circumstances, flexibility, and the ability to handle changing priorities.
+ Ability to work outside office hours.
