Job Description Perform microbiological testing on cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. Conduct preservative efficacy testing (USP <51>). Support validation activities and maintain accurate documentation. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and laboratory safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within R&D. Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness. Analyze and interpret test results, and report findings in a timely manner. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Microbiology. 25 years of relevant laboratory experience, preferably in microbiology. Strong understanding of microbiological testing methods and standards. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment. Familiarity with USP <51> and other relevant testing chapters. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Experience testing both cosmetic and drug products. Prior involvement in validation projects.
