Then you may be our new Associate Medical Information Manager in Medical Affairs Operations for a 1-year maternity cover. **Your new role** You will work closely with numerous colleagues in executing on our plethora of tasks and will play a key role in ensuring the quality of medical information services provided by Lundbeck via a vendor, and through other channels, as well as ensuring coordination between HQ, affiliates and partner medical information functions. Key responsibilities include: + Being contact point for medical information queries towards external and internal customers, vendors and partners. + Logging and triaging of medical queries: Provide responses to some queries and ensure responses to others through cooperation with medical experts. + Liaising with medical experts, pharmacovigilance, other relevant functions and vendors to develop and update standard responses, coordinate approval of standard responses at HQ and with affiliates. + Ensuring systems and processes for handling medical information are up to date. + Monitoring quality and metrics of medical information services to help understand content needs and knowledge gaps relating to our projects. **Your future team** Medical Affairs Operations is a business support function to Medical Affairs, responsible for processes, procedures and applications across Medical Affairs, as well as for providing medical information. Medical Information is a service function instrumental in ensuring compliant provision of information on our products in accommodation of customer needs. Medical Affairs Operations is part of Global Medical Affairs within Corporate Portfolio & Product Strategy. The position is based in HQ, Valby, Denmark, and is a temporary maternity cover from October 2025 throughout September 2026. **What you bring to the team** Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications: + Holds a master’s degree in health sciences or equivalent, e.g. pharmacist, biologist or similar. + Previous relevant pharma experience within medical information, global pharmacovigilance, medical affairs or related functions is a plus, but not a prerequisite, and graduate applicants are welcome to apply. + Collaborative and stakeholder management skills. + Fluency in written and spoken English, and a strong communicator. **Our promise to you** Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
