The Associate Marketing Manager supports marketing execution across key U.S. segments—Campus Recreation, YMCA, and Corporate Wellness—by developing targeted programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing to deliver customer-centric campaigns, content, and enablement tools. From campaign coordination to KPI tracking, you’ll bring structure, creativity, and momentum to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building marketing that resonates with customers and drives results.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals and revenue opportunities.

Lead full-funnel marketing execution across Campus Recreation, YMCA, and Corporate Wellness verticals.

Serve as the marketing expert for assigned verticals—translating insights into impactful campaigns and tactics.

Develop and localize US-specific campaigns, content, and initiatives that support commercial and channel needs.

Create sales enablement tools that boost seller productivity and market impact.

Adapt global campaigns for local relevance across messaging, content, and tactics.

Support campaign development including briefs, messaging, and content for digital, social, email, and experiential channels.

Assist in sales training and enablement for key marketing initiatives.

Track and report on campaign performance (engagement, lead generation, sales impact).

Maintain deep customer segment knowledge to identify new opportunities and content needs.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets and communications.

Manage project timelines, asset coordination, and campaign execution with internal and external partners.

Support agency collaboration and output.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

Education & Experience

BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent recent experience

3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, including campaign development, execution, and performance tracking

Familiarity with or strong interest in B2B marketing

Mindset & Skills

Passion for fitness and enthusiasm for our products and mission

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting across teams and time zones

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Tools & Tech

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with or interest in:

AI marketing tools

Canva

Salesforce CRM and Pardot Account Engagement

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 30% for tradeshows and events

The salary range for this position, intended for U.S. applicants, is $68,600 - $97,600 annually.The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Rosemont, IL and the actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
