We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Managing Director, Enterprise Security Risk Management – Client Success to lead our client relationship and engagement strategy across our growing portfolio of risk advisory services. This leader will serve as a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring they are heard, valued, and are at the center of everything we do.
As our subject matter experts focus on delivering project-based work, this person will maintain a holistic view of client relationships—proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships, expand service offerings, and elevate the overall client experience – straddling all of Kroll’s Risk and Financial Advisory products and services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Client Relationship Leadership Serve as the executive sponsor for all client accounts, ensuring every client feels consistently supported, engaged, and valued—regardless of account size. Build and nurture C-suite and senior-level client relationships, maintaining a trusted advisor role that transcends individual projects. Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless communication and consistent delivery of value. Client Success Strategy Develop and implement a practice-wide client success strategy focused on deepening engagement, enhancing retention and expanding relationships. Establish standardized touchpoints (executive check-ins, feedback sessions, strategic account reviews) to proactively monitor and improve client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for cross-service introductions, ensuring clients are aware of and benefit from the full breadth of the firm’s expertise. Voice of the Client Act as the champion for client needs within the organization, ensuring client feedback drives service improvements, innovation, and operational excellence. Establish metrics and KPIs for client engagement, satisfaction, and retention, reporting regularly to global practice leader. Growth & Expansion Drive opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning client needs with our capabilities and solutions. Collaborate with business development and practice leaders to design strategies that foster growth within existing accounts. Leadership & Teamwork Mentor and guide client-facing staff to foster a client-first culture across the practice and organization. Partner with practice leaders to ensure delivery teams are supported in balancing deep project execution with high-level relationship building.Essential Traits
15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in client success, account management, or relationship leadership roles within professional services, consulting, or risk advisory. Proven track record of developing and expanding long-term client relationships at the executive level. Strong understanding of related industries, with the ability to engage meaningfully on client issues that encompass both Risk and Financial Advisory practices. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills. Experience in building and leading client success strategies and frameworks in a growing practice. Highly collaborative, with a client-first mindset and strong business acumen.What Success Looks Like in This Role

Salary range for this role is $125,000 - $250,000 USD
