Associate Manager Software Engineering

Job Description:

Must have

Above 9 years of Java experience with at least 5 years’ experience in desktop application; Experience of any Product development is preferableTechnology stack - Core Java, Spring, Soap/REST, Database - SQL, Swing/SWT, Tomcat/JBOSSConversant in Java/J2EE and debuggingWell versed with Database, PL/SQL. Candidate should have Hands-On experience on SQL Joins and PL/SQLExperience with Database Performance Tuning and Database Migration activitiesKnowledge of Cloud InfrastructureGood in designing enterprise level applications and architecture. Hands-On experience is preferable in design & architecture using OOPS methodologiesMust be conversant with different design patterns. Hands-On experience is must on implementation of code using various well-known or widely used design patterns eg: factorypattern, singleton pattern, MVC, builder patternsOpen to learn and work on new technologiesGood analytical and problem-solving skillsShould be an excellent communicator having dealt with international clientsGood in solutioning/estimating and other pre-sales tasksShould be a good team player with ability to work with and handle teams in single / multi locations

Preferably worked on process-oriented tools like Jira, ServiceNow or any defect tracking toolExperience in Agile practices would be preferableHave insurance background is preferableExperience with database Admin ActivitiesGood understanding with Database ReplicationGood in solutioning / estimating and other pre-sales tasks
